Excellent hotel staff at the reception desk.

Liked every detail about my great 1 night stay here. Lots of food at the breakfast, including coffee and tea. The comfort triple room was new-fashioned, included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

The hotel room was extremely pleasant with spacious bathroom. Late check-out was useful. The property had a very central setting near the old town. Also, Mirabell Palace was just a short distance away. Tbh, had a pleasant stay in a hotel.

Every detail in this hotel was great, I liked location and staff. Booked a room with good views of the mountain. Check-in was welcoming.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Everything was fine and exceptionally clean, I enjoyed staff and location. The breakfast had lots of options, eggs, cheese and muesli.

Fairly clean, beautiful hotel, there was a friendly reception. Staff were polite, room was compact and soundproof with three beds. I liked having eggs, cheese and muesli in the morning.

My experience at this pleasant hotel was very very good. Exceptionally clean property with perfect location in Salzburg right by city centre, old town, cafes. Delightfully helpful staff, easy check-in and nice bar. There were good eggs, muesli and cheese.

I appreciated it, the hotel is fairly clean, has pleasant staff and location. Bed was quiet, and the room itself was comfortable. Location so close to altstadt. Mirabell palace was also so close to the venue.

Trendy property with practical rooms and reasonable location. Genuine staff that liked their guests. Soft beds and flat-screen television, gas powered fireplace and large windows. The bar area was good, I greatly enjoyed it. Quick check in and nice service throughout my stay.

The location was marvelous, the public spaces were spotless and the staff was cordial.

It's modest hotel with absolutely friendly staff and premium internet. Hot selection for breakfast. A beautiful beach, sweeping view. The friendly service and the attention to detail were stand outs!

Easy location, big building, affordable food. The room was warm, with industrial decor and flat-screen TV, gas powered fireplace and big windows for our comfort. Staff was absolutely sincere. All facilities were modern too.

The staff were outstanding, the room was light and I liked fab location. Buffet breakfast with reasonable selection. It was good to have cool drinks in the lobby bar. There were consistent internet and secure parking available.

Staff was consistently courteous, room was well-stocked, top location. Our room had a fine bed and a worth every penny view. The food was so delicious, we liked the continental breakfast.
